Our health is the most important thing that we have while we are on this earth and our bodies allow us to achieve our dreams and our purpose; to have fun and play, to work and achieve the best things possible, to have relationships and care for our families and to travel and explore. If your body is not allowing you the freedom to achieve your best life, then it’s time to invest in a long term solution. Our Perth dietitians are here to help with dietetic consultations from six dietetic and weight loss clinics the northern suburbs, southern suburbs and western suburbs.
In the first 45 minute consultation, we gain a full background of your health history which includes any ailments or medical conditions, personal struggles with weight loss and/or nutrition, any medications you are on so we gain an understanding of what works and what doesn’t work for you.
Our Perth dietitians will get an understanding of your life – your job, your family, your budget, your time restrictions and your hobbies, in order to start your nutritional journey in a manner that will fit in with your life, not restrict it.
From here, it is about supporting your current health needs with a nutritional plan, all lead by knowledge and education to achieve a long term solution.
For those who can’t make it in to see us for a Dietetic appointment, we offer video or phone consultations while you remain in the comfort of your own home.
All you need is a computer or phone and our Perth dietitians can offer initial and follow up consults for your dietary health needs.
These appointments are suitable for those who live or work in rural communities, are not mobile, have full time carers or suffer from mental health conditions.
