Long term weight loss involves educating yourself about nutritional, physical and mental health. This 4 week weight loss program includes private Dietetic AND Physiotherapy consultations PLUS 4 x 1 hour group Dietetic workshops PLUS 4 x 1 hour group Barre sessions with a physiotherapist. This is run from our clinic at 257 Balcatta Road, Balcatta. Health insurance rebates apply.
Healthy Eating Cooking Classes
If you need help knowing what to cook to lose weight or simply to be healthier then join our Nutritionists for some healthy eating cooking classes. Throughout the classes, our nutritionists will give you tips, skills and knowledge to show you that shopping, cooking and eating well can help to maintain a healthy weight. All cooking classes are 2 hours long and $99.00 per person.
