Meet the People Behind Nutrition Force

LISA STEGENA

Nutritionist and Fussy Eating expert

Lisa has a deep interest in nutrition education, with a background that includes teaching it to sport and fitness students and volunteering for organisations such as Nutrition Australia and Meals on Wheels. In 2014, she decided to combine her passion and experience, and founded Nutrition Force to share her simple message about healthy, nutritious food. Through public speaking as well as delivering cooking and wellness programs Lisa is on a mission to improve peoples health and help those individuals needing some nutritional advice in a caring and supportive environment.

Lisa’s engaging and interactive nutrition workshops means that she is in demand talking to businesses, students, staff and parents of schools around Western Australia about eating habits, food marketing and nutrition on a regular basis.  Childhood nutrition and stress and nutrition are her two passions and her workshops are full of laughter, energy and evidence based information that will have you and your family shopping, cooking and eating your way to good health in no time.

Lisa’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Nutrition and Human Biology, Diploma of Management, Diploma of Marketing, and Certificate IV in Training and Evaluation. She’s also a qualified FOODcents Advisor.

Sarah Bell

SARAH BELL

Accredited Practising Dietitian

Sarah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who facilitates education workshops with Lisa.  Her main areas  of interest are nutrition for sport and competition, pre and post-natal health, children’s nutrition, chronic disease and anything to do with gut health: IBS, Coeliac disease, food chemical sensitivity, diverticulitis, colitis etc.  

Sarah tailors her approach to suit the needs of each group or patient to ensure her advice conforms to the health goals and lifestyle requirements of each group or individual, helping them to overcome all nutritional barriers.

Sarah is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and a member of the Dietetics Association of Australia. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Masters of Dietetics and Masters of Early Childhood Education.
