Meet the People Behind Nutrition Force


Founder, Nutritionist and Fussy Eating expert

Lisa has a deep interest in nutrition education, with a background that includes teaching it to sport and fitness students and volunteering for organisations such as Nutrition Australia and Meals on Wheels. In 2014, she decided to combine her passion and experience, and founded Nutrition Force to share her simple message about healthy, nutritious food. Through public speaking as well as delivering cooking and wellness programs Lisa is on a mission to improve peoples health and help those individuals needing some nutritional advice in a caring and supportive environment.

Lisa’s engaging and interactive nutrition workshops means that she is in demand talking to businesses, students, staff and parents of schools around Western Australia about eating habits, food marketing and nutrition on a regular basis.  Childhood nutrition and stress and nutrition are her two passions and her workshops are full of laughter, energy and evidence based information that will have you and your family shopping, cooking and eating your way to good health in no time.

Lisa’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Nutrition and Human Biology, Diploma of Management, Diploma of Marketing, and Certificate IV in Training and Evaluation. She’s also a qualified FOODcents Advisor.


Accredited Practising Dietitian

Christie is one of our Dietetic Consultants with experience both in Perth and Melbourne that includes hospital, community and private practise settings at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, St Vincent’s Hospital, Co-Health Community Centres and Better Health Nutrition & Fitness.  She has managed patients with a range of health issues such as over/underweight, type 1 and 2 diabetes mellitus, IBS, coeliac disease, GORD, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, PCOS, hypothyroidism, diverticular disease, osteopaenia/osteoporosis and constipation.  She has also presented a number of nutrition talks to groups ranging from Aboriginal communities to sporting teams such as the Perth Thunder ice-hockey team.

Christie’s qualifications include Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry and Food Science) and Master of Dietetic Practice.  She is passionate about healthy home cooking and learning about food from cultures around the world.


Accredited Practising Dietitian

Clara is one of our Dietetic Consultants with experience within and outside of Australia. Having worked in hospital, community, pharmaceutical and private practice settings in both Australia and Singapore, Clara has a wide range of dietetic experience in diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, malnutrition and food intolerances. She also takes a special interest in Sports and Paediatric Nutrition.

She speaks fluent English and Mandarin, and has previously worked closely with multicultural communities in promoting good nutrition and lifestyle habits. She understands that every body is different and has different needs, and strives to provide advice that is tailored to the individual.

Clara’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Hons).


Accredited Practising Dietitian

Danielle is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) with the Dietitian’s Association of Australia (DAA).

She has completed her Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Science and Master of Dietetics at the University of Queensland. Since 2016 she has been passionately involved in the prevention and treatment of nutrition-related conditions through medical nutrition therapy.

Danielle has experience treating a wide range of health conditions, including chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes and heart disease, weight loss, gastrointestinal conditions such as IBS/IBD, food intolerances as well as paediatric nutrition and sports nutrition. Patient-centred care is at the heart of her practice, this means that each consultation is tailored to meet individual needs and circumstances. 

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys various sports and outdoor activities such as rock climbing, surfing and camping.



Natalia is an innovative and professional Psychologist & Gestalt Psychotherapist with over 15 years experience in mental health. Person centred in her approach, Natalia is committed to sourcing current and leading therapeutic treatments that lead to lasting change.

Natalia specialises in emotional eating, embracing a multi-faceted, non-diet approach that supports a range of conditions including: Pre and post bariatric surgery, binge & restricted eating, low body esteem & orthorexia nervosa.


Nutritionist & Personal Trainer

Kayla is a group fitness instructor, personal trainer and nutritionist with experience in delivering tailored programs for people of all ages and levels of fitness.

She has experience coordinating strength and conditioning, weight loss and flexibility programs and has a special interest in chronic disease management. Her experience involves assisting individuals with the management of conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, type two diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, polycystic ovarian syndrome, obesity, fibromyalgia, depression and anxiety through individualised exercise programs. She has also provided pre and postnatal exercise programs and values a safe and supportive training environment. 

Kayla’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Science, major in Nutrition, Certificate III and IV in Fitness and is currently studying a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics.



Britt is a Nutritionist with a passion for educating, enlightening and empowering people through food and nutrition. With her love of cooking and years in the kitchen, she brings together fresh healthy food, skill building, plenty of fun and nutrition knowledge to give our cooking classes and corporate workshops a little extra spice. 

Britt’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Science, major in Nutrition, and is currently studying her Master of Dietetics. She is interested in the non-diet approach, eating disorders, gut health, FODMAPS and endurance sports nutrition. She is also a qualified FOODcents advisor. 



Kirra is one of our Nutritionists whose focus is on educating people about food and nourishment through our cooking classes, school programs and corporate workshops.

She has also volunteered her time to various government funded organisations and nutritional education programs including a 10-week healthy lifestyle and weight management program for at-risk children and parents.  She grew up on a farm in a small country town in Southwest WA, which ignited her passion for fresh and natural food. Her passion is on the prevention of illness through leading healthy lifestyles.

Kirra’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition Major) and she is currently studying a Certificate 4 in Fitness.

Every now and then we have volunteereing opportunties come up for those with University based Nutrition or Dietetic degrees. Write us an email and attach your resume.

Mentorship Programs

Starting in 2018 we will be offering two, 12 month mentorships with our Dietitians in a clincial setting. If you have recently graduated with a Master of Dietetics and are looking for a mentor then write us an email and attach your resume.
