Recipes can be adapted to suit dietary and health needs and nutritional topics of discussion can be focused around these. With an extensive knowledge on everything nutrition, Lisa can provide a fun event full of good food and laughter for your next team building activity or girls night out. I would recommend anyone who would like to get some great ideas on some nutritional meals for the family to come and see Nutrition Force. We made some delicious meals and Lisa was able to answer some issues in regards to my health and eating also. Thanks for an enjoyable experience. One of the best in Perth!
