Raw Nut and Date BallsSuper tasty and healthy fruit and nut balls that area high in fibre, magnesium, good quality fats, and a little protein. They will stay fresh in the fridge for a week so a great alternative for those mid-afternoon snacks.
ABC Nut ButterTry our very own nut butter today. Quick and easy to make and a great way to get some healthy fats into your diet. Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend on high for 3 minutes or until it is a consistency that you like (less time for more crunchy). Transfer to a sterilised jar and store in a cool, dark pantry.

KimchiThis is a 3 step recipe.  It appears complicated but it is actually not.  Once you get the hang of it, it is quite simple. Gluten Free Pistachio and Lemon BiscuitsThese biscuits are so delicate they almost melt in your mouth. The tang of the lemon pairs beautifully with the nutiness of the pistachios. They will soon become a family favourite.
