Pre-heat oven to moderate (180°C)
Slice apples into cubes and place into saucepan with berries, water, cinnamon and sugar
Allow apples to simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes or until softened, stirring occasionally
In a separate bowl, add the rolled oats, butter, self-raising flour, coconut and honey
Rub ingredients together with fingers until well combined
Add softened apple to a small-medium baking dish
Sprinkle crumble mixture on top of the apples
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown
