2 Medium bananas
1 Cup skim milk or milk of choice
1/2 Cup low fat vanilla yoghurt
1 Tbsp. honey
Cinnamon, sprinkle or to taste
2 - 4 Ice cubes, optional
Peel bananas and place all ingredients into a blender
Process on high until smooth and well combined, about 20 seconds
Pour into glasses and serve
