Natural or Greek yoghurt are both good options, however natural yoghurt has a slightly lower fat content. Look for a yoghurt that has at least three live cultures listed in the ingredients list for a small dose of good gut bacteria. Look for cultures such as Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium species and Lactobacillus casei.
