A simple, quick and easy banana flavoured yoghurt. Use a natural or Greek yoghurt for the health benefits and add extra flavour and protein with our organic banana protein powder.

 30 g Plant Alone organic banana protein powder

Combine yoghurt and protein powder in a small bowl and stir for one minute to dissolve protein powder

Natural or Greek yoghurt are both good options, however natural yoghurt has a slightly lower fat content. Look for a yoghurt that has at least three live cultures listed in the ingredients list for a small dose of good gut bacteria.  Look for cultures such as Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium species and Lactobacillus casei.
