Beetroot, Citrus and Ginger Super Juice

A refreshing juice to kick start your day. A beautiful combination of flavours that provides an abundance of vitamins and minerals.

 1 Medium beetroot, unpeeled, chopped
 1 Orange, peeled
 2 Medium carrots, unpeeled
 1 Medium lemon, peeled
 2.5cm Piece ginger, peeled
 Flaxseed oil 1 tsp.

Wash all produce well.

Peel orange, lemon and ginger.

Add all ingredients, except oil, through juicer.

Once juiced, stir in the Flax seed oil.

Serve over ice and enjoy.
