Chicken Breast with 3 Spice Mix

A super quick and easy mid week meal or delicious alternative for those weekend BBQ's.

 2 Small chicken breasts, without skin
 1 tsp Paprika
 1 tsp Curry powder
 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees

Combine the spices together in a medium bowl

Coat both sides of the chicken in the spice mix

4

Place on a lined baking tray and bake in oven for 15 minutes or until cooked

5

Serve hot with your favourite salad or veggies and some sweet potato.
