Creamy Mango and Banana Slushy with Berries

A refreshing summer dessert high in Vitamins A & C and fibre, which is a great treat for kids.

 1 Medium banana, peeled, chopped and frozen
 1 Cup frozen mango
 1/4 Cup low fat cream
 150g Fresh berries for topping

Place banana, mango and cream in to a blender, food processor or bullet and blend until well combined

Pour in to a serving bowl and top with fresh raspberries or berries of your choice

You can also pour into icy pole holders and freeze until set, about 4 hours. Run icy pole holder under warm water to loosen and remove

Different fruit such as pineapple, passion fruit or berries can be added to this recipe instead of the banana or mango.

You can also use a combination of different fruit.
