White Balsamic, Dijon and EVOO Dressing

A super quick and easy dressing, delicious with a variety of different salads.

 3 Tbsp. EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
 1 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
 Cracked black pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a screw top jar and shake until well combined

You can replace the EVOO with Flax seed oil which contains over 50% Omega 3.  This essential fatty acid is great for heart and mental health.

Be sure to keep the Flax seed oil in the fridge to prevent oxidation and prolong its shelf life and don't use for frying.

You can find it in the health food section of supermarkets.
