Try our Mixed Berry ice cream that is so full of summer flavours it will make you happy just thinking about it!

 2 cups Frozen mixed berries
 ½ cup Light ricotta
 30 g Good Protein organic vanilla bean protein powder

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender

Process for one minute to dissolve protein powder

Serve into six small bowls and eat straight away

This recipe is best eaten straight away.  It is not suitable for freezing as the protein powder will make it powdery.
