Soy and Ginger Dipping Sauce

A quick and easy dipping sauce for you favourite Japanese or Asian food such as sushi, spring rolls, rice paper rolls, sashimi etc.

 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, salt reduced
 1 Clove garlic, crushed
 1 tsp. Brown sugar
 1 tsp. Ginger, grated
 1/2 tsp. Sesame oil

Place all ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well

Use as a dipping sauce with Sushi, Sashimi, Rice Paper Rolls or over your favourite Asian salad
