Cut, prepare and juice watermelon
In a medium bowl, dissolve gelatine powder in 125ml of juice and mix to dissolve
Heat remaining juice (375ml) in the microwave for 90 seconds or on the stove until hot, but not boiling
Place chopped up strawberries or fruit of choice into small serving glasses or bowls
Pour warm juice into cold juice/gelatine mixture. Stir gently until gelatine powder has dissolved
Pour jelly and fruit into serving glasses/bowls and allow to set for 3-4 hours or overnight in the fridge
