Very Merry Berry Smoothie

This berry smoothie is packed full of calcium, anti-oxidants, fibre, and overall goodness.

 1 Cup frozen mixed berries
 1 1/2 Cup skim or almond milk
 1/4 Cup baby spinach
 1 Tbsp. LSA (Linseed, sunflower, and almond meal)
 1 tsp Honey - or to taste

Add all ingredients to a smoothie maker or blender

Process until well blended

Serve immediately whist still cold

You can use any variety of berry that you like.

For those bariatric clients, substitute the honey for a sweetener such as Splenda.
