A Multi-Disciplinary Approach to Health

A New Start, A New You

The health team at Synergy Medical &  Weight Loss Centre offer comprehensive lifestyle modification assistance for sustainable weight loss and maintenance.

Our business evolved after evaluation of clients from various health professionals showed many needed an extra level of service when it came to their diet, mental health and physical activity.  A multi-disciplinary approach to weight loss has been scientifically shown to be the most effective way to not only lose weight but keep it off for the long term.

Our goal as health practitioners is to see people living happy and healthy lives well into their 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and beyond.
