Use this plan to set yourself weekly health goals, nutritional, physical and mental. We call it “The Wellness Trio”.
Make it simple and achievable. If you set yourself goals that are too difficult to achieve you are setting yourself up for failure. We have listed some ideas at the bottom of the page but come up with your own that you know will work for you. Writing them down and including the resources required and a strategy to help you achieve them means you are making a serious commitment to yourself. People often set goals without thinking it through so using this plan will help to increase your chance of success.
MY PERSONAL HEALTH GOALS:
GOAL IDEAS TO GET YOUR STARTED
Nutritional – drink 8-10 glasses of water daily, eat two pieces of fruit each day, no takeaway food this week, eat breakfast every day, no alcohol this week etc.
Physical – go for a 30 minute walk each day, catch public transport to work, take the stairs and not the lift, go for a walk during my lunch break etc.
Mental – find 30 minutes each day for myself, do a yoga class, spend 5 minutes meditating before bed, pick up an old habit that I find relaxing, catch up with friends etc.
